The MVFL Football program is open to ages 7-14. Football players will be placed on teams based on age, weight, and experience according to the MVFL Age/Weight Chart in the Rules & Regulations. Please be aware that sometimes friends will not be placed on a team together. It is mandatory for all members of the MYFL to adhere to the established Age/ Weight chart.
The MVFL Cheer program is open to ages 7-14. Participants are placed into spirit squads, assigned to a football team and will cheer at their football games. The associated football team is usually the same age. Cheerleaders will cheer at all regular season games and at playoffs should any team advance.
